About me

I work from a humanistic perspective but always in an integrative way, drawing on a range of skills and tools depending on the needs of the client. I use the person centred ethos of respect, empathy, acceptance and a belief in the individual’s ability to grow and achieve one’s potential to underpin my work.

I work with couples and individuals on a wide range of issues including:-
